Cadence Dressage Riding Center at Pistakee Bay Equestrian Club
Offers full care for dressage horses including:
- Individual grass turnouts with run-in sheds and running water
- 6-8 hours of turnout, weather permitting
- Blankets, boots & fly spray on before & after turnout
- Assistant barn manager on-site
- Farrier and vet assistance
- Administration of oral or topical medication, including paste worming on vet's recommended schedule (cost of paste separate & billable)
- Hand walking as needed for medical reasons or weather prohibiting turnout
- Daily night check with hay, grain & water top off
- Grooming services available for an additional fee
- Ride and train on your own or bring in a trainer of your choice, as long as they have current insurance and name Cadence Dressage Riding Center on their insurance
- Matted stalls bedded with top quality bagged (not bulk) shavings cleaned daily
- Heated barn aisle; crossties with rubber mats
- 3 feedings of premium grass hay
- Premium, custom feed program; feeding of supplements when provided by owner
- Regular clinics with top Grand Prix rider and horse educator Lars Holmberg
- Three-board fencing and large water buckets at turnout
- LIMITED number of seasonal boarders accepted (Nov. 1 - May 1)
- Ability and willingness to care for horses in medical rehabilitation programs
